As of today, teachers will be able to submit technology support requests via WebDesk on their own. All they have to do is to send an email to the appropriate address making sure they put their room number in the subject line along with a brief description of the issue. They then can go into much more detail about the issue in the body of the email. Once they send the email, a WebDesk ticket is automatically generated and sent to the appropriate technician. Media Specialist will no longer be responsible for transferring emails they receive from teachers for technology support to the WebDesk system.
